Blue veined cheese with dried fig

This month’s Flavour Idea is all about surprising combination of savoury and sweet.

We chose the intense taste of our blue cheese flavour combined with the sweetness of a typical French cake, the Madeleine. And to top it off, we enriched the cake with pieces of dried fig.

The slightly spicy and creamy flavour notes give the madeleine an unexpected taste sensation.
