Mandarin and caramel in sticky toffee pudding

Nature shows itself in a palette of browns and reds and the autumn weather makes us long for warm, sweet flavours.

Our suggestion: the Sticky Toffee Pudding.

For this period, we combined the traditional Sticky toffee pudding with the autumnal flavours of mandarin and maple.
The spongy cake is prepared with fresh dates and the taste of juicy, sweet mandarin. Traditionally topped with a creamy toffee sauce and the addition of maple flavour for an extra autumn-like character.
