Our team has been working passionately in the world of flavours since 1870. Today, Buteressence is also presenting its special anniversary flavour, “Essence 1870” to conclude and celebrate its 150th anniversary.
No taste without smell!
This flavour is inspired by our anniversary fragrance 'Essence 1870', created by us with a perfumer in 2020 and presented as a nostalgic interior perfume in which the world of food and perfumery came together perfectly.
Using the Essence 1870 concept, we are now jumping from a scented fragrance experience to an aromatic taste experience! Our creative flavourists have translated the unique character of this special essence into a contemporary flavour.
We used our new 'Essence 1870' flavour in this month’s Flavour Idea in artisan bonbons with a creamy white ganache filling. The flavour has a fresh floral citrusy character with a blend of berries; its makes the product stand out and provide a unique profile that will definitely surprise your taste buds!
