This initiative is an annual campaign that focuses on having a flexitarian diet in which meat, fish and dairy products are alternated with plant-based products.

Vegan products often have to deal with a public opinion that they do not taste as the items we are used to. Replacing animal ingredients such as butter and milk with plant-based alternatives is the new aim without compromising good taste and texture.

Our flavour range can surely enhance the dairy taste experience when developing a dairy-free product. At the centre of our offering is for example a butter flavour that can compensate for the lack of real butter in terms of both smell, taste and provides for a tasteful alternative!

Dairy foods prepared from raw milk are plentiful. The taste of such dairy products is determined, among other things, by the natural presence of lactose, milk fat, proteins and traditional processing techniques like fermentation. We love dairy because of its silky smooth and rich taste. Each dairy product has its own specific taste profile and these vary from creamy, fatty, sour, caramel and sweet.
