A Sustainability Policy Focused on Impact

Building on a strong foundation
For the period 2026–2030, we have further refined our sustainability policy. We have deliberately chosen a pragmatic approach: building on what is already well organised and focusing our efforts on those themes where we can make the greatest impact.

An analysis of our existing processes and systems has shown that we already have a strong foundation. Certifications, supplier assessments, our HR and occupational health policies, as well as available data on energy consumption and waste streams, provided a solid basis for further progress in sustainability.

Our priorities for the coming years
To make our sustainability ambitions clearer both internally and externally, we are focussing our efforts on three key themes:

Climate change
We are systematically mapping our CO₂ emissions (scope 1 and 2) and using these insights to implement improvements in our operations.

Circular economy
We are increasing our understanding of material and waste streams, working to further optimise the use of packaging material, and creating greater awareness of circularity within our organisation.

Supply chain responsibility
We are integrating sustainability criteria into our supplier assessments, developing a Supplier Code of Conduct, and gradually building more insights into societal and environmental aspects of our supply chain and our scope 3 emissions.

Sustainability as part of everyday practice
At the same time, key topics such as food safety, good employment practices, business integrity, and compliance with laws and regulations remain an integral part of our operations.

We are on our way with the execution of our plan. We are mapping our carbon footprint and actively collecting sustainability information from our suppliers. By doing so, we are working step by step towards a future-proof organisation, where quality, business continuity, and sustainable collaboration go hand in hand.
